The SFT 02.03 is an advanced electronic machine featuring a top reel holder and a rotary transverse sealing system, ensuring airtight, precise, and secure packaging even at high speeds.

Thanks to the three independent brushless motors and the color touchscreen panel, it is easy to manage all packaging parameters: speed, bag length, phasing, temperature regulation, and activation of integrated accessories.

The cantilevered structure made of AISI 304 stainless steel and RAL 9006 coated steel guarantees hygiene and easy cleaning, making it ideal for environments with high sanitary and operational standards.
It can be configured with fixed or adjustable formers, multiple sealing groups, and modular accessories.

Motorization

Motorization through 3 independent Brushless motors controlling the longitudinal sealers, the infeed conveyor, and the rotary transverse sealer.

Touch Screen & Functions

Color touch screen with storage and recall of functions: machine speed, bag length, temperature settings, seal-cut slowdown, pusher phasing, accessory activation.

Components

PLC, motors, and drives by Schneider. Standard version with left-side loading and right-side product output.

Structure

Structure in RAL 9006 painted steel with AISI 304 stainless steel guards. Cantilevered construction with the mechanical section isolated from the working area and protected from dirt and residues.

Feeding Conveyor & Pushers

2600 mm feeding conveyor (usable loading area about 1700 mm), sliding surfaces and side guides in AISI 304 stainless steel. Quick-release food-grade plastic pushers.

Sealing Groups

Longitudinal group with pneumatic opening, composed of three pairs of wheels: film drive (cold), sealing (hot), and gusset folding. Rotary transverse sealer with 240 mm jaw, inclined knife, and cross ribbing (12.5 mm sealing). T/C with double sensor and electronic torque limiter.

Top auto-centering reel holder (520 mm width) with adjustable leather brake, film end micro, 1000 mm motorized output conveyor with inverter, fixed or adjustable former, printed film mark reading photocell, open manifolds, standard spare parts kit, and CE-compliant transparent plastic safety guards with micro switch.
